Jonathan plays a key role, focusing primarily on private sale transactions and working closely with our network of investor clients to facilitate guaranteed, no-obligation offers for homeowners. With a strong understanding of market value, renovation potential, and investment strategy, Jonathan ensures that sellers receive clear, fair options—often within 24 hours. His focus is on making the process simple, transparent, and tailored to each seller’s unique situation.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys life with his wife and their two young kids, Rya and James.  They are a family that loves outdoor adventure.

Ryan leads the renovation and redevelopment of the properties.  He is a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Heritage House Ltd., and combines his love of real estate with both sales and construction.  Ryan manages the renovation side of the business, coordinating trades and subtrades to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and with maximum value added. His background in both real estate and renovations gives him a unique ability to see the full potential in a property and to understand what matters most to sellers.

Ryan lives in Woodstock, Ontario, with his wife Kerry and their three children: Annika, Jack, and Oliver. He brings the same level of care, clarity, and honesty to his work that he does to his family life.
